Frontend Developer

  • Engineered the property listings feature on the homepage: integrated an internal REST API to fetch and display properties, implemented client-side filters for location, budget, and property type, and built sort functionality aligned to design specifications.
  • Implemented the search page: built a split-view layout with a sticky filter bar, an interactive Leaflet map with custom property markers and Google Maps directions, full-screen map toggle, and a committed search pattern to prevent race conditions on concurrent filter changes.
  • Led frontend implementation of a full website redesign in Next.js, owning the majority of page delivery from Figma specs.

  • Architected PocketFlow (Fintech SaaS): migrated auth from Clerk to Firebase achieving 40% faster initialization and 300KB+ bundle reduction; built a CSV import engine with custom normalization; designed an async MongoDB job queue for non-blocking data exports; implemented a Single Source of Truth data model ensuring 100% data accuracy.
  • Executed zero-downtime migration of The SMM Place from Express/Vanilla JS to Next.js + TypeScript using the Strangler Fig pattern; replaced client-side Firestore rendering with ISR-backed Server Components; rebuilt auth with Firebase Session Cookies and server-side RBAC via Firebase Custom Claims.
  • Delivered PulseChat, a real-time communication platform with JWT/HTTP-only cookie auth, WebSocket infrastructure, Arcjet rate-limiting, and automated Cloudinary asset purging.
